We’re afraid that we have run out of time to write a full blog for December, but they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
So instead we sign out of 2014 with a video and a selection of photos taken during our travels in recent years in the Netherlands (Houten and Groningen) and Sweden (Malmo).
Click here to see the video we shot of an impressive elderly cyclist riding the streets of Groningen a city that experiences the highest rate of cycling in Europe.
Then why not make yourself a drink, then sit back and watch a short (15 mins) video by Streetfilms which provides further insight into this fascinating cycling city.
We are sure you will agree this is the type of vision for cycling that we should aspire for our UK towns and cities.
Creating places where older cycling is valued, protected and more visible.
Season’s Greetings and we wish you happy cycling in 2015!
